What We Clear
The everyday stuff that builds up faster than the council can take it.
Bagged Household Rubbish
Bin bags that never made it out on collection day, overflowing bins and everything stacked beside them.
Boxes And Packaging
Flattened cardboard, polystyrene, bubble wrap and the mountain of boxes left after a move or delivery.
Loft, Garage And Shed Clutter
Years of things that got put up there and never came back down, cleared out in one visit.
Bric-a-brac And General Junk
Ornaments, kitchenware, toys, books, clothes and the odd assortment that fits no other category.
Communal Areas And Stairwells
Bin stores, corridors, bike sheds and stairwells cleared for landlords and managing agents.
End Of Tenancy Leftovers
Whatever the last tenant decided not to take with them, cleared before the next viewing.
Who Calls Us
Householders, landlords and managing agents right across Greater London.
Landlords And Agents
Void properties, communal bin stores and whatever the outgoing tenant decided to leave behind.
Flats And HMOs
Shared corridors, stairwells and bin areas where nobody is quite sure whose rubbish it is.
After A Move
The boxes, packaging and last minute pile that will not fit in the car or the wheelie bin.
Long Neglected Spaces
Lofts, garages and rooms that have quietly filled up over years. No judgement, we have seen worse.
What Counts As General Rubbish
Some things have to be kept apart from a mixed load. We still take them, just under a different heading.
Goes in a mixed load
All of this can travel together on the same collection.
- Bin bags and loose household rubbish
- Cardboard, packaging and polystyrene
- Clothing, bedding, books and toys
- Kitchenware, ornaments and bric-a-brac
- Small items of flat pack furniture
Handled separately
Still collected, just sorted apart on the van or priced under its own service.
Nothing hazardous goes on the van at all. Paint, solvents, gas bottles, chemicals, clinical waste and asbestos all need a specialist, and we will say so before you book.
We Come To The Rubbish
The whole point of paying somebody is not having to shift it yourself. Wherever it has ended up, that is where we start.
- Back gardens, side alleys and shared bin stores
- Third floor flats with no lift, one bag at a time if that is what it takes
- Lofts and garages, including the climb up and down
- Nothing needs dragging to the kerb before we get there
- Floors and carpets protected on the way through the property
Rubbish Removal Questions
Is there a minimum amount?
No. A few bags is a perfectly normal booking. Because the price follows the space the load takes up, a small job is priced as a small job rather than against a minimum van load.
Do I need to bag everything up first?
No. Loose piles are fine and we bring our own bags if things need containing to come through the house. Bagging can speed the job up but it never changes what you pay.
Can you clear a communal bin area for a block?
Yes, and it is regular work for us. Managing agents and landlords use us for bin stores, corridors and bike sheds where fly tipped items build up. We can quote it as a one off or come back at a set interval.
What will you not take?
Nothing hazardous. Paint, solvents, chemicals, gas bottles, clinical waste and asbestos all need a specialist carrier. Fridges, garden waste, rubble and mattresses are all fine, they just get sorted apart from a mixed load.
How soon can you come?
Same day slots are often available, especially earlier in the week. We collect Monday to Saturday, so most jobs are cleared within a day or two of getting in touch.
