Working Around Your Business
An office clearance that stops people working costs more than the clearance itself. We fit the job around your hours and your building rules rather than the other way round.
- Evening and Saturday slots so desks stay usable in the week
- Goods lifts and loading bays booked with building management
- Floors, lifts and communal areas protected while we carry
- Cleared in phases if the whole floor cannot go at once
IT Equipment And Confidential Paperwork
Worth being clear about before you book, because it is the part that catches businesses out.
What we handle
IT and electricals are separated from the rest of the load and routed for WEEE recycling.
- Monitors, PCs, laptops and servers
- Printers, scanners and network kit
- Cabling, peripherals and phone handsets
- Separated on the van, not mixed in
What to do before we arrive
We are a clearance service, not a certified data destruction provider. Handle your data first.
- Remove or wipe hard drives and SSDs
- Shred or take away confidential paperwork
- Empty filing cabinets of anything sensitive
- Ask us and we will point you to a specialist
Office Clearance Questions
Can you work outside office hours?
Yes. Evening and Saturday slots are the norm for occupied offices, so desks stay usable during the working week. We collect Monday to Saturday, so let us know your quiet windows and we will fit the job into them.
Do you handle data destruction?
No, and we would rather say so plainly. We are a clearance and recycling service, not a certified data destruction provider. Remove or wipe drives and deal with confidential paperwork before we arrive, and we can point you towards a specialist if you need one.
What happens to the IT equipment?
Monitors, PCs, printers and network kit are kept separate from the general load and routed for WEEE recycling rather than going in with the furniture.
Can you clear a whole floor in one go?
Often yes, though it depends on lift access, loading bay availability and the volume involved. Where a single visit is not realistic we clear in phases across consecutive days so the handover date still holds.
Do you invoice businesses?
Yes. Commercial jobs are quoted in writing and invoiced to the business, which is usually what landlords and finance teams need for an end of lease file.
