If It Will Not Fit Through The Door
Most furniture that ends up stuck was assembled inside the room it is standing in. Rather than leaving you to work that out, our team turns up with the tools and takes it apart on the spot.

Timber, metal, foam and fabric are separated at a licensed transfer station so the materials are recovered.

Furniture Disposal Questions
Will you take a sofa from an upstairs flat?
Yes. Upper floors, narrow staircases and buildings without a lift are normal for us. The team carries it down and there is no extra charge for stairs, though it is worth mentioning the floor when you get your quote so we send enough people.
Do you dismantle furniture?
Yes, and it is included in the price. We bring tools and take apart beds, wardrobes, tables and sofas where they will not fit through a door or turn on a landing. You do not need to do anything before we arrive.
Can I book just one item?
Yes. There is no minimum load. Single item collections are priced on the space the piece takes up in the van, so you are not paying for room you are not using.
Do you take broken or stained furniture?
Yes. Damaged, stained or flat packed furniture that has given up is still collected and the price is no different. It simply goes for recycling rather than reuse.
How quickly can you collect?
Same day slots are often available, particularly earlier in the week. We collect Monday to Saturday, so there is usually a slot within a day or two of you calling.
